Green Towers office building complex consists of two buildings - A & B built in the highest possible technical standard, both objects offer total area of 24290 sqm and are ecologically certified on the LEED Platinum level. As far as the office building is concerned, it is equipped with multiple facilities such as control of access, electrical cabling, air-conditioning system, smoke and heat detectors, raised floors, carpeting, openable windows, optical fiber and BMS system. Green Towers are characteristic for its rich functionality and a wide range of adjustments - according to the tenants needs. The office area has been designed in open-space type but there are possibilities of mounting partition walls and organizational changes within the layout. The height of the rooms is 3,15m. The localization near Robotnicza and Strzegomska streets guarantee ease of indetification of the buildings by a potential client and enables fast access route to the different parts of the city, in the neighborhood of the building there are bus stops, tram stops - the access to the city center closes in several minutes on foot.
