This unique office investment was carried out in the former building of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University, in the heart of Wrocław. The revitalization of this exceptional neo-Renaissance building began in July 2020 and was completed in August 2022, under the careful supervision of a conservator of monuments. Both the investor and the design studio responsible for the project aimed to combine historical architecture with modern solutions. Ultimately, the office building offers approximately 3,500 square meters of office space, and the upper floor gained glazing allowing for a panoramic view of the University, Tamka, and Słodowa Island bridges.
